Favourite Music: There are only two types of music: good and bad. I like anything that is well performed. I do have a leaning towards artists that are true to a genre whether it be rock, latin, jazz, classical, bluegrass or anything else. You cannot deny the complexity of detail understood by individuals that have immersed themselves in a particular style for a period of time. I find this depth of understanding, by keen and passionate disciples, a very interesting thing.
Favourite food: There is not much I don’t like. Fresh and simple appeals to me. Grilled fish and fresh vegetables are great but I have been spoiled by a family of great cooks. Greek, Italian and Maltese dishes are all regularly served up but my mother also made the best Yorkshire Pudding.
Favourite quote: “There are no problems, only solutions” is one I tend to use a lot. We have a section for quotes in our company’s operations manual as I find they do help focus, motivation and perseverance especially when the going gets tough.
5 things I couldn't live without: my family, musical instruments, a pen and paper (I like to write), TV (I need it to chill out), Sydney weather and life style (best place in the world).
What I like about working at Oz Management: Every day provides a platform to grow and learn in many ways. Work can be about challenging not only the way things are done but also how they are perceived. To see things in different lights, maybe from another person’s perspective, is exciting because you are never bored. I have a great young team that brings lots of enthusiasm and knowledge to the table. Very Inspiring!
Why I’m good at what I do: I listen to my clients. I make it the most important step toward delivering exactly what is imagined in the mind’s eye of my customer. Whether staging an event, delivering conference audio visuals or creating the best entertainment experience you cannot get it right if you do not understand the client’s thoughts and needs. Lots of years in entertainment and events as well as an exceptional network of hard working professionals are also major attributes. A great team is essential!

How I got started in the event and entertainment industry: I worked in a Charter Accounting firm for many years and felt that I would like to move on with something new, fun and challenging. Then when a friend of mine introduced me to Tony, I decided to join the great team at Oz management.
What I like about working with Oz Management: Very friendly working environment. Tony, our Managing Director has many many years of experience with the business and he is keen to teach us everything we wish to learn within our roles.
Why I’m good at what I do: I have more than 5 years accounting experience. I bring real world experience to this position. Apart from accounting, my excellent interpersonal skills make me capable of working well as part of a team.
