ELVIS TRIBUTE SHOW
|
|
| |
David was born in New York, the 4th son of an American sailor and his Australian war bride. From a very young age David would amuse his family and friends with his rendition of Elvis' songs. This amusement turned to amazement as David's voice and appearance developed and uncanningly resembled that of Elvis.
Today David is not just another Elvis impersonator, but an entertainer of astounding ability and charisma, his voice is unquestionably the best in his field with all the range, warmth and feel so reminiscent of Elvis.
Wherever David has performed throughout the world be it resort hotels, casino's or corporate events he has left a unique impression with both entertainment agents and the general public alike, ensuring repeat engagements and many adoring fans.
David has proven time and time again that he can perform in any environment and walk off the stage a winner. Recent engagements at Australia's biggest National Rodeo in Mt Isa as well as a sellout season at Bali's Hard Rock Hotel truly reinforce this statement.
David has also developed a very individual way of customizing his show for his event and corporate clients. Spontaneously adapting song lyrics giving cudos to sponsors and individuals, truly personalizing each performance.
David is the consummate professional and takes pride in working with musicians, dancers, singers and production staff the equal of anywhere in the world. He has worked very hard to attain his position in the entertainment world and I'm sure that when you see him perform you will agree that...... "The King Lives on"

THE BEATLES TRIBUTE SHOW
|
|
| |
The concept was conceived and assembled in March 1980 by founding member Tony Dean as a live performance entity. This puts it amongst the longest running Beatles Tribute Shows in the world. The show includes fully authentic musical instruments similar to those used by The Beatles. These include very rare and valuable guitars by Gretsch, Hofner, Rickenbacker and Gibson, Vox AC30 guitar amplifiers and a Vox AC50 bass amplifier with a T60 bass cabinet.
The drums are identical to the ones used by Ringo, a1960's model Ludwig Black Oyster Pearl kit. The show has real vintage equipment.
This combined with a range of early period Beatle costumes and the colourful Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band outfits give you the complete Beatles experience. You will believe you are seeing the real Beatles. The Show has performed internationally with seasons in Hong Kong,Malaysia, Bangkok and New Zealand. Domestically from large venues, like the ARL Grand Final at the Sydney Olympic Stadium with100,000+ people, to smaller intimate bookings, of 50 people in a back garden setting in Surry Hills. There have also been many television performances including Fresh, Hey Hey Its' Saturday, The Midday Show, Good Morning Australia, The Don Lane Show, Ernie and Denise, Simon Townsends' Wonderworld, Donnie Sutherlands' Sounds, and appearances at Beatle festivals in Adelaide, Melbourne, Auckland and four Beatlefests in Sydney. |
