Acoustic roving duo or cabaret band format

Kerfuffle is an entertaining interactive musical experience
that while aimed at young children is also enjoyable for the whole family.

Kerfuffle can appear as a vibrant acoustic roving duo
or as a 4 to 5 piece kids’ cabaret band depending on the occasion.

The band line up includes keyboards, vocals, double bass, drums
and possible guitar.

Songs include – Swing on a Star, Good Morning Starshine,
My Favourite Things, Red Red Robin, Feelin’ Groovy, Put on a Happy Face, some Sesame Street classics, and other happy popular songs that are familiar to everybody from Grandparents to young children.

During the show the audience will be encouraged to sing a long with various songs and get up and dance with some fun musical games.
Cassy Darvall the lead vocalist gets amongst the audience working with a cordless microphone, encouraging even the shyest child to be part of the fun.

Dressed in colourful outfits Kerfuffle provide an exciting visual image with their performance.
Cassy Darvall, the vocalist, has had many years experience working in children's entertainment including 13 years tutoring for the Australian Theatre for Young People., (and also being the mother of three young boys).

Syd Heylen, the guitarist, and M.D. has also worked extensively in clowning and in Theatre in Education.

THE GIGALEES ARE  WILMA & DAISY
 
For over a decade The Gigalees have been performing their Crazy Comedy for kids in theatres, clubs, shopping centres, festivals and preschools across Australia.

The Gigalees have toured with big international names like “Barney” the American Dinosaur and the British Superhero Car “Brum”.
Wilma and Daisy are two of the most experienced children’s entertainers in the country and continue to perform their Crazy Comedy shows to kids all around Australia.

Someone once described The Gigalees as 'Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis for kids' because the energy and humour of Wilma and Daisy was and is so infectious. Kids of all ages (even the big adult type kids) cannot help but laugh out loud and get drawn into the world of The Gigalees.

Wilma and Daisy are the best of friends. They play lots of games and no one is ever left out. Just like 'Dean & Jerry', The Gigalees are very physical in their humour. They have brought back
vaudeville comedy for kids, the likes of which children have not seen for many years if at all. We all like to see people fall over, pick themselves up, dust themselves off and have a huge laugh about it!

Mixed in with this bag of energetic humour are many other skills. Daisy is a trained acrobat and ogether with Wilma, they share fantastically funny and skilled juggling with their audiences.  

Since 1997, when The Gigalees wrote and recorded their first album, music has also been a part of The Gigalees mixture. Their music is as energetic, entertaining and funny in their live performances as it is on their album.

The performers, Wilma and Daisy, have a long history in performing. From circus to theatre, school shows to music education, The Gigalees know how to have fun, entertain and educate
without the audience even realising it. The Gigalees aren't just another show for kids, they are an experience you'll want to experience again and again.

Cheekie, otherwise known as the clown boss, loves to find and bring out the clown within you and always tries to see the positive side of everything.

Cheekie says: If life is not a rehearsal, you need to live each day to the fullest, try everything once, have more fun and laugh each day...

"And if you don't have something nice to say, don't say it anything at all".

Frankie Star's Children’s show is full of fun comedy and magic especially aimed at delighting children of all ages.  This colourful show is includes audience participation and makes the children feel involved and very special.  Frankie holds her junior audiences spellbound for the entire 30-40 minute show.

Harry can offer a singular ventriloquism act with an Owl (the wise old owl who isn't so wise), Hector the cheeky boy who falls asleep and sings a song but forgets words etc. Also, a bird, Beeky who keeps pecking at my nose and tries to tell silly riddles.

Tony Saunders has a combination of bubbly personality and clever sleight of hand magic along with his many other talents has entertained people around the world.

Tony’s skills aided by his comedy repertoire include juggling, fire juggling, balloon sculpturing, and magic, thus making him a highly sought after entertainer with both children and adults.
