DRUM TAIKO
|
|
| |
(1-3 Performers option) Delicate melodies of the Shakuhachi
(traditional Japanese flute) are accompanied by the powerful resonance
of a Taiko drummer. Alternatively, Taiko drummers create symmetry and
unison as they drum together in detailed physical and musical
choreography. Perfect to use in smaller venues or as a stand-out
performance to accentuate any aspect of your event you desire. Announce
the arrival of your distinguished guests or build the anticipation for
the most important announcement of the night… The power of the mighty
Japanese Festival drum will add depth and quality to any event.
(4
or 5 Performers option) Behind large, Japanese festival drums, alert,
yet focused drummers wait in intense stillness… One drummer starts with
strong, powerful beats, then another, then another until all are
drumming in mesmerising unison. The pace quickens as the drummers throw
themselves into tight physical choreography. Every single person in the
room is captivated by the sheer impact of the performance and hearts
are racing! After a dramatic climax, there is a brief pause… before the
crowd bursts into loud applause! ‘Drum Taiko’ are a must for any grand
opening or spectacular finale. A guaranteed talking point of your event!
